Taking into account all load types; dead and live, static and dynamic; plus, wind speed, thermal stress and other factors; Safety First architectural design team designs steel structures for indoor and outdoor applications. Structures come in the form where safety is highest, hygiene is most respected, cost is minimum, weight is lightest, and area is smallest. The designs are handed in either 2D or 3D format. Afterwards, Safety First manufacturing division cuts, fabricates, assembles and installs steel structures; while maintaining electromechanical works on site going at full speed. Cutting and fabrication are made in Safety First manufacturing facilities, while assembly could be done either on or off site. Installation can be done at night, during shutdown, or during a normal workday. Platforms and steel structures designed and manufactured by Safety First come in stainless steel or carbon steel. The application, industry type, sitting, surrounding processes, and of course budget are all factors that determine the material to be used.
